With the release of their sixth studio album EVERYONE’S A STAR!, our favorite Australians, 5 Seconds of Summer, proved once again that their glittering talent only grows over time. Soon after the album’s November release date, the band dropped its deluxe version, EVERYONE’S A STAR (Fully Evolved), bringing even more variety wrapped up in passion and reflection. Along with the music, the band also dropped a new aesthetic, matching the energy of the sounds perfectly. With spiked hair and ‘80s-inspired punk pieces, 5 Seconds of Summer emphasizes the outlandish and expressive. This exact energy is what will be racing through the venues on their upcoming EVERYONE’S A STAR! World Tour, hitting 43 cities across North America and 24 cities throughout the European and U.K. legs of the tour.

The exciting intensity that comes from both 5 Seconds of Summer as a band and also the production of their world tour only calls for one thing: The openers have got to bring the heat. 5 Seconds of Summer announced the chosen openers, and luckily for the fans, they are brimming with both the talent and spirit that makes one a star.

THE BAND CAMINO

Originally intended to join 5 Seconds of Summer on the No Shame Tour back in the COVID-ridden year of 2020, The Band CAMINO’s long-awaited moment has finally arrived. As the band put it themselves under the opener announcement post, “the prophecy has been fulfilled.” With a reputation for dance-inducing hooks and energetic live shows, the Tennessee-formed trio brings nonstop momentum to every stage they jump on. Their indie-rock anthem like “Daphne Blue,” the concert-adored “Haunted,” and the fan-demanded new release “Afterthought” are the perfect ignition for a 5SOS night. Fresh off their 2025 album and tour, neveralways, The Band Camino are more than ready to fill their rightful spot as an opener.

See The Band CAMINO on every date of the North American leg this spring/summer.

SOUTH ARCADE

This female-fronted four-piece is quickly becoming one of the most thrilling new acts in the U.K. alternative-rock scene. These Oxford-based rockers intertwine Y2K pop-punk nostalgia with modern alternative edge, creating both an aesthetic and a vibe straight from the early 2000s. After the virality of their band practice videos, South Arcade has built a loyal following enthused by their raw energy and genre-fusing sound. “Danger,” “How 2 Get Away With Murder” and “Supermodels” are all songs that promise a lively and memorable performance.

Catch South Arcade at every date on the European leg starting in March.

MASTER PEACE

South London’s Master Peace is set to bring the fast-paced, punky atmosphere to the stage. Blending indie rock, lo-fi punk and rap, his live shows are known for their rapid-fire spoken word intros, gritty authenticity and relentless spunk. Master Peace naturally evokes a sense of connection — something he thrives on — turning everyday experiences of youth into high-voltage anthems. With staple tracks like “Wake Up,” “I Might Be Fake” and “Start You Up,” his set is guaranteed to get the crowd moving, and generate even more excitement for his upcoming EP Stupid Kids, which is set to release on Feb. 27.

See Master Peace at select dates on the European leg starting in March.

HAIDEN HENDERSON

Putting heart, vulnerability and undeniable charm at the forefront of his artistry, rising pop artist Haiden Henderson is ready to showcase his talents at mixing modern pop with indie alt-rock influences. The Northern California native has built a signature sound that somehow feels both intimate and arena-ready. What began on social media has now transformed into honest, electrified music that showcases its pop power most intensely in live performances. “tension,” “lovesucker” and “sweat” are all fan favorites and frequent highlights in his concerts as well. With inspiration and passion still flowing through him from his latest EP release, tension (heightened), last August, Haiden Henderson is set to bring a fun, confident presence that will leave you scrolling Spotify for more of his music.
